Vin Diesel Teen Choice Award Dedication To Paul Walker’s Daughter Will Make You Cry All The Tears | Read

There may come a day when Vin Diesel can no longer reduce a whole roomful of people to tears with his heartfelt tributes to Paul Walker, but after his speech at last night’s Teen Choice Awards, it’s safe to say that day definitely hasn’t come yet.

Taking the stage with his fellow “Furious 7” castmates to accept the award for Choice Action Movie, Diesel took the opportunity to remember Walker, who died in 2013 while the film was still in production.
“I can’t stand here and be rewarded like this without talking about somebody very, very, very important to us,” he said. “One of the best blessings in our lives is the fact that we have the opportunity to call Pablo our brother. Paul Walker is here in spirit with us.”
And after honoring the lost friend and “Furious” family member who was with the cast in spirit, Diesel had a special shout-out for another Walker who was right there in the room: Paul’s 16 year-old daughter, Meadow.
“Since this is a Teen Choice Award, you beautiful teens, there is one teen in the audience that is a part of the family that kept us going,” he said. ” It’s Paul Walker’s family—his brother, his parents—that kept us encouraged when we were filming Furious 7, but there’s one very, very special teen here and her name is Meadow Walker.”
Meanwhile, it was a big night at the Teen Choice Awards for Paul Walker and “Furious 7.” In addition to winning the Choice Action Movie award, Wiz Khalifa netted Choice Song honors for “See You Again,” a musical tribute to Walker — and Walker posthumously bested Diesel and five other actors to be awarded Choice Action Movie Actor.
